Dan Sereseroz, Chief Executive Officer -----------------------------------------------

With over 20 years experience in professional information technology services, Dan Sereseroz founded Adaptive Architecture in August of 1997 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Dan was previously employed by Sprint Corporation designing and implementing switched Ethernet for their Dallas campus. Utilizing his extensive networking knowledge he was instrumental in establishing a Network SWAT team, tasked with identifying key network issues and solutions. Dan is certified in a variety of network and software protocols and applications.

Dan is a champion of minority businesses in Dallas-Fort Worth assisting and promoting other minority-owned businesses and activities. He serves as a board member and founder of The Hispanic Technology Alliance Group (HTAG). In addition, Dan is a member of the Technology Council for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Minority Advisory board for The Make-a-Wish foundation, and an advising member of the Fort Worth chapter of the Alliance of Technologyand Women.

 



Mike Clark, Chief Technology Officer

Mike Clark, Chief Technology Officer, joined Adaptive Architecture in December of 2001. Mike brings over 20 years practical experience specializing in communication hardware, network protocols and software development for complex computer and network systems. Prior to joining Adaptive Architecture, Inc., Mike excelled in network management system design and implementation for several Fortune 500 companies.

Mike's extensive knowledge of the IT field has been instrumental in the creation of our technology services. With an ability to measure the direction of the industry, he determines Adaptive Architecture's technological direction, and he is the principal force behind the innovative solutions heralded by our clients.

Mike earned a Bachelors of Business Science, with a minor in Computer Science, from Southern Methodist University. He has received numerous certifications for a variety of programming languages and network monitoring tools.

David Tamura, Director of Business Development - Dallas

David Tamura joined Adaptive Architecture, Inc. in December of 1999 as Director of Business Development. David possesses over 15 years experience optimizing business practices and procedures, implementing systems to reduce time, redundancy, and cost. He introduced an office/data center showroom concept, securing and entrenching relationships with vendors, establishing direct sales and procurements, and capturing new revenue. Prior to joining Adaptive, David served as District Sales Manager for Federal-Mogul Corporation's southwest region, developing and servicing account sales for a $2.5 billion global acquisition company. He has also served as Account Manager for Fel-Pro Incorporated and as Sales Manager for JAH & Associates, Inc.

David has earned a variety of technical certifications and accreditations in business and sales development systems.



Larry Renteria Director of Business Development - Fort Worth,

Larry Renteria joined Adaptive Architecture in 2003, and provides over 20 years in information technology and telecommunications, complimented by a solid background in data center construction, disaster recovery, risk management, business continuity planning, and project management.

Before joining Adaptive, Larry was owner and CEO of TRD, a Fort Worth, Texas based construction company. He is an accomplished IT Project Manager with in-depth experience in coordinating infrastructure systems projects - from local-area networks to large SONET backbone networks. Larry's broad expertise encompasses switches, routers, multiplexers, VRUs, video, leased lines, and network management solutions.
